Owner of restaurant DOM and Dalva e Dito, since 2006, is among the 50 best in the world in the list of British magazine Restaurant. President of the Association of Professional Cookery Brazil (APC - Brazil), Atala is also responsible for the brand (Retratos do Gosto) Portraits of Taste, directed to the promotion of regional ingredients grown by smallholders and the Institute ATÁ.
